Autumn Subs are now Due
The autumn term is about to start and your membership subscriptions are due. This has been set again at £30 per term per Scout which incorporates the general running of Nanpantan Scouts, membership to the Scout Association and insurance (note some activities may have an additional cost). Please make cheques payable to 1st Nanpantan Scout Group, post in a marked envelope in the post box along with the necessary forms in the kitchen area. We do ask that you keep Subscription Cheques/Camp fees etc separate as different people manage these:
If you pay tax, we encourage you to sign up for gift aid. This is a simple way for us to get more out of your membership fee from HM Revenue and Customs. We do all the hard work for you, all you do is have to sign a form, pay your membership fee as you usually do and we then claim money back from HM Revenue and Customs from the tax you’ve paid. So over the year we can get claim back an additional £22 per Scout just from your membership fee. All this helps with the running of the group. If haven’t signed up for gift aid yet we encourage you to do so.
