Membership Re-registration

The Scout Association are launching a new online membership management system to store youth membership details. The new database helps assist our leaders with their weekly administration tasks, including attendance, badge progress and weekly planning. We’ll also be able to give you access to our Membership Database to update details on how to contact you etc as well as seeing progress your Scout is making through the movement. Because details are stored on The Scout Association’s database, if you move to another County/Group, we can also easily transfer the records to the new group. The database is hoped to be up by October for our leaders to use.
With over 140 young people in our group, we are taking this opportunity to update the details required for the database. Some of the questions may seem odd but these are in for us to bulk upload to the database in order to fill in the correct field. Please fill in the form here:
