Membership Registration

In a few months time, The Scout Association will be launching a centralised database for all members.

The new membership management system is safe and secure, and allows the leaders to link it up to Scout’s progress in badges, awards, programme planning as well as having the latest emergency contact or medical details in one place. These details will follow them throughout their time during Scouting even if you do decide to move away to another group, their records can follow them. We will also give you access to see and edit your young persons, and in some cases see badge progress.

All information given will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information given will only be used in connection with your son/daughter’s membership of the Scout movement in the United Kingdom.
